Believe: I believe that someone knows the answer, I believe that some day the truth will come out, I believe that there is good in the world and it will conquer over evil and I believe in the power of positive energy and prayers

. I believe in silver linings to every dark cloud and that you will see if you look hard enough. I believe our community is a good one and we have to keep close together in rough times and help our neighbors.

Vanderhoof Parade of lights

Day 559 with out Madison has came and went……..

“559 days with out Maddy” was the float theme, that Eldon, Dawn and their supporters entered in the annual Vanderhoof parade of lights. The parade was well attended by both spectators and floats, both braving the cold evening.

Vanderhoof has an amazing community spirit!

The waves, cheers, and the never ending exchange between the parade entrants and spectators of “Merry Christmas”, brings home the spirit of Christmas, and the overall amazing support by so many in our quest to find Maddy!

. > Amazing and appropriate that this float was a part of the parade of lights….you could feel the love for Maddy it radiated out from the float starting with her family and affecting each and every person in the crowd..I am blown away by the Scott family….you take the time consider everyone…LOVED that Maddy’s float was the last one….did not affect the parade and was the last thing everyone will remember… I BELIEVE

The Parade of Lights is this Friday!! I will be tying yellow ribbons on the lamp posts down town! If anyone wants to help or if you want to join in and tie them around a tree in your yard or if you have an antenna on your car (cause newer models don’t ) tie one on there too!! Show your support with a yellow ribbon! I BELIEVE!!!

Response to CBS 48 hours show on Maddy and the highway of tears

The following is a statement issued by Maddy’s family and the Madison Scott Search Team

. Last night CBS 48 hours mystery aired a show on the Highway of Tears, which contained a story on the disappearance of Madison Scott. The Scott family participated in the show to continue awareness in the search for answers in Maddys disappearance. The show pointed to Fribjon Bjornson as being in a relationship with Maddy and being involved in her disappearance. We want to clarify that he was not responsible for her disappearance or involved in a relationship with Maddy when she went missing. There is no connection between the two cases. Thank you for your continued support.

Pumkin Walk

Great effort by all on the Maddy pumkin walk booth. Angie and her nieces carved 21 pumpkins, and every pumpkin is pertaining to Maddy. The reward amount on one, Crimestoppers number on another, her tattoo on one, faith, love , hope. Angie & Brad made a beautiful sign
